Rivoli Boutique Hotel

Good breakfast selection. Location great for train stn and walking to attractions. Front desk staff was most welcoming and personable; always smiling and greeting me when I was leaving or returning; helpful regarding directions and walking distances. Bartender was great, very attentive and knowledgeable; friendly, spending time chatting with customers. The outdoor courtyard for beverages was delightful. Beautiful relaxed setting.

The staff were fantastic. The ambience of the hotel was really welcoming and the bar and waiting staff were informative and attentive. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. The hotel itself felt authentically Italian. The courtyard dining space was so pretty. Brilliant location too, within walking distance of galleries, museums and restaurants.

Great location, and lovely heritage hotel. Rooms good (beds a little on the soft side for me but still comfortable!) Bathrooms clean and rooms made up each day. Great little jacuzzi and secluded courtyard garden for pre-dinner drinks was a bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful with booking restaurants and taxis; nothing was too much trouble.

Great hotel, with an unbeatable location close to everything, excellent restaurants and bars around the hotel, the train station is about a 3 minute walk. Breakfast was good, super friendly and helpful staff.

The location is perfect and the staff are so bright, cheery and helpful. The jacuzzi is very welcome after hot days slogging round the sights. The breakfast is a welcome bonus and delicious. The room was a good size and we overlooked the courtyard which was an oasis of calm. Just perfect.
