- The staff is excellent 10/10. Very polite and kind. Especially Giulia at the front desk, who are extremely patience and very helpful with our issue on parking ticket. It was our personal parking issue and not related to the hotel at all but is really do listen and really do try to help. Amazing service! - The breakfast is great and breakfast staff are extremelt delightful and very attentive - The hotel location is superb! Extrmely near the train station and consider very close to piazza and the Duomo. - The hotel decoration is lovely, and swimming pool in also very welcome! - the room is clean and well decorated.

I am used to stay at this hotel since 2015. It's always a pleasure to be there. There's no other hotel I want to go. I enjoyed everything the welcoming, the personal, the bedroom, the breakfast and the personal who are so nice. I can't wait to come back and stay longer... Firenze is one of the best city in the world and believe me I travel a lot all over the world. This hotel offers so much it's a pleasure believe me I have tested other hotels since I know Firenze since 1993. Best regards !

Excellent location. Such nice staff, breakfast great - staff really attentative. Jacuzzi and courtyard and bar brilliant. We jad twin room on street no noise but lousy Wi-Fi. Having said that excellent Wi-Fi at breakfast and downstairs. Our room was large with lobby area and big Bathroom with shower and long Bath. We drove and valet parking excellent and prompt. Car stored safely and locally. A great city hotel. Nothing glitzy just traditionally charming. We will stay again. Thank you

The property is really well located for both the train station and the centre of Florence attractions. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a large size. We travelled with a 3 month old baby and the hotel made all the arrangements with the cot for our arrival. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. The pool area was nicely enclosed from the sun when it was so hot and so a nice place to relax in the shade. The breakfast was also well presented and a wide selection.

Staff was really professional. Breakfast has lots of choice and service was great. Beds are huge and comfy, AC is working well but cannot tune it. There was a "swimming pool", it is nice to be able to go take a dip when it is really hot in the summer. The suite (higher rate) was amazing. HUGE room with sofa and desk, huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. The area is quiet and it is also very close to the historic centre + many good restaurants.
